Welcome to FITMA – International Technology and Manufacturing Fair Exhibitor Manual for 2023.

This manual is organized by sections to make it easy to locate all information regarding any of the services available for the show, in addition to the rules, regulations and general information for FITMA 2023. We have listed those services which are most time sensitive first and ask that you pay particular attention to the deadlines.

•Deadlines Checklist – Print this out and keep it close to avoid any penalties or late fees.

•General Information – Rules, regulations and move-in/ move-out/show hours.

•Show Contractor General Information – contact information for all show contractors and services.

•Exhibitor Badges/Lead Retrieval – Submit your badge list & order lead retrieval equipment.

•Shipping & Freight – This section contains shipping deadlines and information, as well as contacts for questions.

•Show Directory Listing – Complete your company description published in the Official Show Directory.

•Hotel – Here you can book your accommodation for the days of the event.

•Decorator Order Forms –Forms to order A/V, carpet, furniture, custom booth designs, etc.

•Centro Citibanamex Order Forms – Forms to order compressed air, high reach lift, additional electrical, internet, etc.

•Invitations – Order your electronic invitations to distribute to customers.

•Translators/Hostess – Request translators and/or hostess for your booth.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please pay special attention to the deadlines in order to avoid late fees and penalties.
